We will no longer accept climate change assessments and scientific reports that are used to develop policies of social and climate control. We view such reports as scientific fraud when the data excludes all mention of the past 20 years of Jet Aerosol Geoengineering – aka “chemtrails”
It is now public record that the 13 agencies listed in the document have been engaged in programs of weather modification since the 1960′s. (SOURCE)
A 60-person Federal Advisory Committee (The “National Climate Assessment and Development Advisory Committee” or NCADAC) has overseen the development of this draft climate report.
The NCADAC, whose members are available here (and in the report), was established under the Department of Commerce in December 2010 and is supported through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). It is a federal advisory committee established as per the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972. The Committee serves to oversee the activities of the National Climate Assessment. Its members are diverse in background, expertise, geography and sector of employment. A formal record of the committee can be found at the NOAA NCADAC website.
The NCADAC has engaged more than 240 authors in the creation of the report. The authors are acknowledged at the beginning of the chapters they co-authored.
Following extensive review by the National Academies of Sciences and by the public, this report will be revised by the NCADAC and, after additional review, will then be submitted to the Federal Government for consideration in the Third National Climate Assessment (NCA) Report. For more information on the NCA process and background, previous assessments and other NCA information, please explore the NCA web-pages. The NCA is being conducted under the auspices of the Global Change Research Act of 1990 and is being organized and administered by the Global Change Research Program.

Long Island Sky Watch (12-23-2011) has released this important document (non-direct link: http://tinyurl.com/7uk64do ) which would explain why my friends at Lawrence Livermore National Lab here in Livermore, Ca in the Atmospheric Sciences Department give the cold shoulder to every inquiry for comment regarding weather modification.
The existence of the document causes problems on several levels for Atmospheric Sciences, public relations and have considerable foreign policy implications.
Dr. Teller, who I met years ago, before 1997, sold this bold - radical, geo-engineering plan (ref pg 11 of 35) to those with power to just do it, with or without public vetting.
Teller to the day he died was an Avatar (a god manifest in the form of a human) of Science, the image of the shadow side of scientific wizardry ("Father of the H-Bomb and Neutron Bomb) with a wizard's walking staff preferred to an ordinary cane. When I saw him with the staff I used to think he could probably raise it towards the heavens and call down any powers required for his tasks.
He knew his own power as few men should ever seek to know. It was a power to enforce his will in the secret corridors of government and the will to destroy you if he felt it cosmically served his purpose which only a mystic could read. I believed in the Old Wizard as somehow serving the powers of good in my naive wonderment.
He spoke often in enigmatic language for effect: "There are secrets within secrets within secrets" and then tell you the way it would be done, and that's the way it got done. No one to this day has risen to challenge the Old Wizard even though he's dead.
It was Teller who set Chemtrails in motion according to the document. It will have to be ordinary people like you and me to stop this madness. What Teller started under national security has spewed into national embarrassment as today's Apprentice Wizards fail to see. But enough of these war games that are the carryover of the Old Wizard's power.
What has 20 years of active geo-engineering given us? I think we are loosing so many times more than what we gain.
If only someone else could pick up his staff and summon forth now the powers of global openness, full disclosure, speaking truth, love and compassion. That was after all the old man's mission even if we could not understand him.
In the end I felt sorry for him. He must have fought the cup his life set upon him in a loneliness unappreciated and not understood; why was it upon him to reach as deep into the shadows of pure evil to bring forth the light of freedom and liberty? What horrid lack of sensitivity and how inversely ironic he was assigned to play the indelible Herod to Oppenheimer's Christ, for which he will never be forgiven. All this he seemed to accept, and for what?
If the Old Wizard still reigned in his tower, I believe he would once again raise his staff in the secret corridors among the Apprentices and say to them : "You have grown bloated in chaos of your self-perpetuating fiefdoms and no longer remember the humility it requires to stop and reflect on the desired outcome. The task is not always to pursue truth to its bitter ends, as some truths are not worth their knowing, while others are worth giving everything. Enough!"
I would be open to listen to some sort of successful cosmic examples brought to us from off-world beings as proof on why geo-engineering is in our global interest to continue, but that would first require Government to go public with ET disclosure: http://youtu.be/U2ww35AIYyE The only practical answer I see is to join the Full Disclosure Movement and a call for National Amnesty under Dr. Steven Greer at CSETI. For those of us monitoring Chemtrails, we need to take this information to local people we personally know who have the local influence to persuade lawmakers to start a public dialogue on the wisdom of what we do.

My local Congressman has responded. I read his neutral statement which does not reference the topic I wrote him on, as an informed admission since both the evidence of the letter and his response are now posted on this web page, all of which was forwarded to him for just this sort of double control over his ignoring the topic for plausible deniability maintenance to try and avoid appearance of political malfeasance. Notice he sits on the committees "that should know and control these matters." Help me help him to build the courage to speak publicly on weather manipulation. Send him your own note asking that he start a public dialogue on weather manipulation.

If you are a vintner you have a vested interest in what is going on in the sky above us. Milking more rain our of the atmosphere may at first seem beneficial, but here are some of the unintended consequences that may be occurring that need answers:
(1) Are we altering the pH of our soils?(2) Who benefits from the changed pH levels? The large mega-vineyards, or the boutique wineries or everyone?
(3) When the pH of our soils change, your grapes change and your "product consistency" is altered. Right?
(4) Is seems to me that if you are a vintner you should want stability in your product lines. Yes you can mitigate soil pH changes. But that usually constitutes more cost-layer to your cost of grapes. Not always but usually.
(5) So who is doing the chemtrails in Northern California over our grape growing regions? PG&E for its hydroelectric industry? Who else?

If you did not enjoy "traditional" chemtrails raining down on you, you are not going to like the new version, which the United States Air Force promises will feature aerial dumps of programmable "smart" molecules tens of thousands of times smaller than the particles already landing people in emergency rooms with respiratory, heart and gastrointestinal complaints.

On Dec. 6, 2011 New York’s Suffolk County government will hold a public hearing on a proposal to ban aerial spraying of aluminum oxide, barium, sulfur, and other salts into the air over the county without first filing an Environmental Impact Statement with and receiving approval from the county’s Department of Health Services, Division of Environmental Quality.
Exempted from the proposed ban are aerosol spraying operations for agriculture, and for lyme disease, Eastern equine encephalitis (EEE), West Nile virus (WNV), and other disease vector control operations.
The hearing will be held at the Riverhead Legislative Auditorium, Evans K. Griffing Building, 300 Center Drive in Riverhead, NY at 2:30 pm.
“If this proposal becomes law in Suffolk County, Long Island, it would be the first in the nation. "Why are you talking about moon-bat stuff like Chemtrails on this article? Yes, I watched your YouTube videos, and what you are filming is NOTHING. It's normal for jets to leave a trail like that behind, depending on atmospheric conditions. Pleasanton and Livermore are under "jet routes", which are essentially highways in the sky. The reason you see a pattern is because passenger jets are flying on a jet route. It is not some big government conspiracy. How about this---the next time you see a "secret government plane" spraying "deadly chemicals" from the sky, why don't you look at the radar in real time so that you can see it's just a Southwest Airlines plane taking people somewhere? I hope this e-mail finds you well. As we get closer to December’s busy holiday season, Medicare recipients and every American who hopes to retire with dignity got an early gift this year. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced that more than 2.65 million Medicare recipients saved more than $1.5 billion in 2011 for prescription drugs, an average of $569 per person. Meanwhile, premiums remain stable in the system, and more than 24 million seniors have received a free annual physical or other medical screening – free procedures made possible through the Patient’s Bill of Rights, which is part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
As a former Insurance Commissioner, I was proud to help lead the charge to pass the Patient’s Bill of Rights, because I’ve seen what happens when the insurance industry sharks are allowed to run amok without proper oversight. While there is still more work to do in improving health care access and delivery, we’ve made tremendous gains in our health care system through the Patient’s Bill of Rights.
Regrettably, my Republican colleagues are determined to destroy Medicare. Multiple times this year they voted to replace Medicare with an underfunded coupon system, and they voted to repeal the provisions of the Patient’s Bill of Rights that saved seniors with prescription drugs $569. As long as I’m in Congress, I’ll do all I can to protect Medicare benefits and stop this assault on seniors’ retirement security.

Good Morning,I just posted these two linked videos, the most important of which is the Long Island Sky Watch Public Hearing Testimony. Long Island Sky Watch Suffolk Co Public Hearing includes Expert Testimony10:50 into this 52 minute video should pique your interest as it did my own because it links the spray cocktail being spayed on your local vines by your government agencies, to infertility. This is why we need to have a public discourse on all aerial spraying the government is engaged in without their addressing proper public health concerns openly. Here is a list of what is being linked to Chemtrail work that I'm extracting from the many sources of materials I've reviewed: (The Top 10 So Far)
- Changing soil pH. ... which you have to change back at your cost.
- Link to infertility -- possibly causing you to place another warning label on your wine.... of far worse magnitude on sales.
- Alters weather patterns and seasonality.... a lot!
- Increases rain fall in one area to cause reduced rain fall in other areas.
- Causing reduced harvest on all ag-products because of less sunlight for no net ag-product gain from increased rain. No net gains financially! Any real net gains due to improvements in ag methodologies unrelated to chemtrails.
- Causing haze that locks in heat and does not allow ambient cooling off in early am hours of the early morning. Apple crops need 6-cold freezing nights to set the fruit for a good harvest.
- Causes eye and skin irritation.
- Causes exotic mutations of an unidentified fungus-like aluminum-based sore infection on the skin which is pretty much un-treatable so far and really gross to look at.
- Linked to outbreaks of Sudden Oak Death (SOD) all over the State.
- Linked to other tree ailments in Hawaii and National Forests.
- Significantly depletes the ozone in our atmosphere.
- May lead to epochal shift in global weather not the moderate shift sought: i.e., into an ice-age or mini-ice age or into a super-warm cycle. The complex variable, non-linear science involved does not handle all the variables only a few thousand variables at best, in our super computer models. In other words some atmospheric modeling is good, other types of atmospheric modeling of real weather systems that are then relied upon for Chemtrail work globally, are not including some important variables and their impact on the economy, let alone accurately predicting outcomes or trade-offs

We appear to have reached a point of policy stasis leading to environmental chaos. No matter what remedial efforts we collectively agree upon for the greater good, our efforts are negated by the not-secrete-any-more continuance of chemtrail aerial spraying.
The average citizen over 45 is aware the so-called "jet con-trails" covering about 1/3rd the global land mass, is a manmade effort. Our failure to openly dialogue with sincere respect for the emerging scientific evidence being compiled on the major environmental impacts, all of which seem to render our anti-pollution efforts moot, is nothing less than shameless. NPR must rise to help us follow the evidence no matter where it leads. We must demand nothing less.
